The response to the beginning "What I Ate Wed" post was surprising and awesome. I still feel a little lightheaded taking pictures of my food and sharing them with you, but since you said it was helpful, I'll exercise it for you. That's how much I dear ya! 😉

This week's version is even a vegetarian edition! To be honest, I didn't realize until I was putting together this mail service that I'd had a vegetarian twenty-four hour period. I'm definitely not a total-time vegetarian, just we practise endeavour to have at least a few meatless meals a week. I'm excited to share this one because information technology does prove that you tin get your protein from not-meat sources likewise.

And then, without farther ado…

WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY

5am Pre-Conditioning Snack: Assistant and 1/four cup almonds (I ate a few before the photo)
{289 calories, 6g fiber, 7g protein}

8am Breakfast: Overnight Steel Cut Oatmeal with 2 tbsp of almonds and 2 tbsp of naturally sweetened dried cranberries.

12pm Luncheon: Chobani Greek Yogurt with 1/4 loving cup granola, ane cup raw veggies, 1 cup grapes.
{353 calories, 4g cobweb, 16g protein}

3pm Crazy Afternoon Snack: Shakeology protein milkshake on the go. 1 scoop of chocolate powder, i cup water, 1 loving cup ice.
{160 calories, 17g protein, 6g fiber}

6pm Dinner: Vegetarian Chili & Healthy Cornbread
{330 calories, 12g fiber, 16g poly peptide}

8pm Dessert: two squares Bootleg Chocolate 🙂
{102 calories, 2g fiber, 1g protein}

TOTAL:
{1539 calories, 39g fiber, 63g poly peptide}
